Warranty and Support

You can repair it any number of times during the warranty period.
If there is a natural failure as judged by our standards, we will replace the product with a replacement.

Used PC	Up to 1 year warranty.
New PC, used PC with Windows 11, used tablet with Windows 11	Usually 1 year warranty.
Outlet PC	Up to 1 year warranty.
Smart phone, iPhone	Usually 6 month warranty.
Tablet, iPad	Usually 6 month warranty.
Cameras, smartwatches, AppleWatch, etc.	Usually 1 month warranty.
Unused PC peripherals of 500yen or more	2-week warranty（limited to initial defects） Target stores: Nipponbashi 1, Nagoya, Sapporo, Takadanobaba
Junk HDD/SSD	1-week warranty（limited to unrecognizable） Target stores: Nipponbashi 1, Nagoya, Sapporo

※Some products are not covered by warranty.
※All computers come with a standard 6-month warranty (depending on condition) plus a 1-year warranty for an additional 3,000yen. All new computers come with a one-year warranty.

※Natural failures that meet our standards are covered by the warranty.
※Defective batteries, missing or defective accessories (including packaging), missing warranty cards, or receipts or invoices (if issued),returns or exchanges due to the customer's own reasons, or malfunctions or damages caused by improper handling (whether intentional or lost) are not covered by the warranty.
※Please check the condition of the product carefully before purchase, as scratches and peeling paint are not covered by warranty due to the reused nature of the product.
